After I pay for a Demo Package when can I get started?

Once your payment has been authorized we will contact you within 5 hours to setup your appointment.

I saw where it read I had to pay for mileage, how much?

Yes, the mileage payment will be due 5 days before the scheduled date. Mileage rate it $2.00/mile.

After I have finished my recording, how soon will I receive my master copy?

In Most cases, you can receive your master copy and bonuses the date of the scheduled appointment. If we cannot provide you with the master copy and the bonuses that day, we will shipped them to you within 48 hours at no cost to you.
